DoorCore provides an automated hardware schedule parsing tool that converts architectural hardware schedule documents into structured import files compatible with construction estimating software. The Service is currently provided free of charge.
You must provide accurate registration information including your name, company, and a valid work email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at noreply@d8doorcore.com.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload any files submitted to the Service. Architectural hardware schedules are typically the intellectual property of the architects, engineers, or owners who created them. By uploading a file, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
DoorCore does not claim ownership of the files you upload. Parsed output data derived from your uploads may be retained and used in anonymized, aggregated form to improve the Service and build industry reference databases. No personally identifiable information will be associated with this aggregated data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. DoorCore does not warrant that:
All parsed output should be independently verified by a qualified professional before use in any professional, commercial, or construction context. Hardware schedule parsing involves interpretation of complex documents and errors may occur. DoorCore is a productivity aid, not a substitute for professional review.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DoorCore and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, as the Service is currently free, would be zero).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoorCore and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in St. Lucie County, Florida.
